Termenii de livrare, explicați:
- Pentru produsele aflate în stoc, termenul de livrare este de maxim 2 zile lucrătoare

Dacă produsele nu se află în stoc:
- Livrare 7 - 14 zile: livrăm produsele în termen de maxim 14 zile din data confirmării comenzii. Termenul mediu de livrare pentru această categorie de produse este de 10 zile.
- Livrare 3 - 14 zile; știm că pare că nu are logică, dar: această categorie de produse are un stoc foarte dinamic, motiv pentru care există posibilitatea ca unele produse să poată fi livrate imediat iar altele să necesite import din interiorul UE. Valorile stocurilor se schimbă rapid, motiv pentru care nu putem garanta disponibilitatea imediată a produselor, dar o putem garanta după validarea solicitării.

Costurile de transport sunt după cum urmează:
- Costul transportului este variabil și este calculat în funcție de greutatea totală a comenzii și destinație.
- Costul final va fi afișat în pasul de confirmare comandă și poate suferi modificări doar în cazuri excepționale, lucru comunicat înainte de acceptarea finală a comenzii.
