Shipping
Delivery is made within a maximum of 48 hours anywhere in the country for products that are in stock. This applies to all our online stores: xtdeco.ro, kinderwall.ro, panouri3d.ro, proboard.ro, magnest.ro, binepus.ro and simplywalls.ro.
For products that are not in stock, the delivery date will be agreed with one of our sales consultants, who will contact you by phone within 24 hours of placing your order.
Shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the parcel. The total cost is displayed in the last step of the checkout process; a cash-on-delivery fee of 4 lei applies if selected. The amounts mentioned do not include VAT. The shipping cost shown at checkout is final and will appear on the invoice. No additional fees will be requested by the courier at the time of delivery.
Payment Methods
Cash on delivery is paid to the courier who carries out the delivery.
Cash on delivery may be restricted depending on the products in your cart (personalised products or orders exceeding 1,000 lei cannot be paid by cash on delivery).
These will be accompanied by an invoice and receipt. During promotional periods, payment cannot be made by cash on delivery.
Card payment is processed through a certified payment processor. Cards accepted are VISA Classic, VISA Electron, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO. SC XTDeco Retail SRL does not request or store your card details.
In some cases, certain payment methods may be disabled in accordance with the commercial strategy of each store.
Product Availability
Delivered within 2 business days.
Products are held in our own stock and delivery takes a maximum of 2 business days.
Delivered within 7–14 calendar days.
Products are held in the supplier's stock and delivery takes a maximum of 10 calendar days.
Repackaging Fee
For certain products (e.g. ORAC Decor), a repackaging fee of 20 lei (VAT included) may apply for quantities fewer than 10 pieces. The fee will be communicated at the time of order processing by one of our consultants, before the order is dispatched.
