The Platform offers interior decoration products for sale (wallpaper, panels, films, accessories). The sales contract is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the operator.
All displayed prices include VAT and are expressed in Romanian Leu (RON). We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
Payment may be made by: bank card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (where available). Payment data is processed through PCI-DSS certified payment processors; the operator does not store full card details.
Delivery is carried out within Romania and, depending on the product, to EU member states. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and in the order confirmation. Timelines may vary depending on stock availability and courier services.
The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the buyer at the moment the parcel is handed over to the courier.
In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), individual consumers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.
Exceptions: Personalised products (custom dimensions or prints made to specific order) cannot be returned, unless they present quality defects.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us at office@xtdeco.ro before the 14-day period expires. Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and undamaged. The cost of return is borne by the buyer unless caused by a product defect.
Reimbursement is made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned products or from the date the customer provides proof of dispatch.
Products sold are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771. If a product presents a conformity defect, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, as applicable.
Quality complaints should be sent to office@xtdeco.ro, accompanied by photographs and a description of the defect.
All content on the Platform (texts, images, graphics, logos, product designs) is the property of SC XTDeco Retail SRL or is used with the rights holders' consent. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without the operator's written consent is prohibited.
SC XTDeco Retail SRL processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Processing takes place for the purposes of fulfilling the sales contract, managing deliveries, commercial communications (with consent), and meeting legal obligations.

The Platform uses essential cookies and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. Manage your preferences via the cookie banner shown on your first visit or in your account settings.
The operator is not liable for: (i) temporary Platform interruptions caused by maintenance or force majeure; (ii) improper use of products; (iii) indirect damages or loss of profit. The operator's total liability to a customer shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Applicable law is Romanian law. The competent court is the one at the operator's registered seat, without prejudice to consumers' rights to bring proceedings before the courts of their domicile.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be published on the Platform with the revision date indicated. Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
